These “side-coaching” sessions really expanded on what we learnt from the videos and the activity sheets. Interacting with the group made me feel a lot more connected to them and the program.<\/p>\n

How would you describe your overall experience of the Masterclass in general e.g. trainings, activities, what you learned about yourself, relationships etc.?

The trainings and activities helped me to take a good long look at what I eat and when I eat it and left me feeling a lot more connected with this.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eating mindfully and portion size were really important on a practical
basis to help me not to overeat.<\/p>\n

How would you describe your overall experience of the Community and your experiences with the people within the Community?

Hearing other peoples food memories was really interesting to see how much we had in common.<\/strong> Hearing how people were implementing their planning and preparation and the results they were getting was really inspiring.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2 Years After Completing The Program<\/h2>\n

Anthony continued to improve his relationship with food. He continued to celebrate daily and deepen his connection to who he was and how he wanted to live his life by releasing himself of outdated, negative and past mindsets, beliefs and habits. He began to truly expand and flourish in every way.<\/p>\n

He was diagnosed with cancer approximately 18 months after the program. He remained positive, focusing on a bright, adventurous and healthy future.<\/p>\n

Sadly, the cancer was more advanced and aggressive than his medical team expected and didn\u2019t respond to treatment. He passed away 2 years after completing the program.<\/p>\n

He was a kind, generous and loving person who will be in our memories and hearts forever. He is profoundly missed by his family, friends, colleagues and those within the Mind & Body Architect Programs who shared deep connections with him including me.<\/p>\n
